May 4, 2012 : Student protesters confront riot police during their demonstration at the Quebec Liberal Party convention in Victoriaville, Quebec. Several students were gravely injured and dozens were arrested. The event marked the most brutal crackdown of the movement which saw numerous acts of police brutality.
